Since the floor is the radiator and as it takes up space large as the room itself, lower temperatures are sufficient for a pleasant atmosphere. The temperature can be set 2 degrees lower than with the smaller heating devices, which saves up to 12% of energy as well as some money.

When it comes to underfloor heating, ceramic tiles are not the only solution for floor covering any more. Pre finished two layer parquets or thermo treated three layer parquets are becoming a standard in west European construction sites. To avoid any problems regarding flooring materials and under floor heating, there are certain standards and procedures that have to be followed so that floor heating system may function perfectly.
